Description:
The "Edit" command (should be named "Edit Style") is miscategorized under
"Templates". The name itself is not the issue here; this is mentioned in bug
113446. "New" (New Style from Selection) and "Update" (Update Selected Style)
are likewise miscategorized.

Additionally, the "Styles" (Manage Styles, =sidebar) and "Load Styles" commands
are miscategorized under "Format".

Presumably all of these should be categorized under "Styles", which is
currently empty (it's subcategories are not).
