            Bug ID: 132571
           Summary: Welcome documentation template
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: unspecified
          Hardware: All
                OS: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Documentation
          Assignee: libreoffice-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
          Reporter: kainz.a at gmail.com
                CC: olivier.hallot at libreoffice.org

MSO offers an welcome to word, ... "template" file where the user can have the
first documentation within word.

As the getting started book has 20 mb I don't want to add it to the core
repository, but would it be usefull to have an short introduction template
where you can inform the user about documentation stuff, the different webpages
like ask.libreoffice and get involved?

So you have the initial help with "promo" material within the LibreOffice
installation?
