Insert caption box at the wrong position for a gallery item 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Select the figure
3. Insert caption & press OK

Actual Results:
Caption above the image & frame doesn't match

Expected Results:
Drawing inside the frame and caption below


Reproducible: Always
