I tried with the French UI, but 'a' does *not* cycle to Plage nommée. I first
created a named range with Feuille - Plages ou expressions nommées - Définir.

I don't agree that Annuler/Cancel should be removed.

I will defer the decision about any accelerator changes to the French
community.
