Ok. If I read the previous comment right, the popup issue is gone.

What remains is a formatting issue. I tested the "LO_test_3.ods" file on macOS
and Linux and at least the font color formatting is not preserved

Steps to reproduce:
 * Open Calc test file
 * Select table and copy
 * Open new Writer document
 * Paste Special as LO Spreadsheet
 * Observe that the green and blue text is now black

I tried to check for duplicates, but couldn't immediately find this
