Dataprovider entry isn't available anymore in master sources.

the data provider feature is not ready for production

What's planned for this feature? Does someone work on it? If nobody does, is it
planned to be removed?
Should the bugtrackers concerning dataproviders be put to WONTFIX?

Again sorry for this putting you in cc, I know you don't want but it's just to
know what we should do for dataprovider feature since I haven't found anything
in dev LO forum (or have missed it).
