A template for eBooks

With the attached document create an EPUB and compare the tables on the source
with the EPUB.

1. Simple tables lose columns and are unusual. Example on page 20 of an example
source document.

2. In a more complex table gets over bars inserted in every cell. Example on
page 21 of the example source document.
