Description:
 Image without resolution set should get a default fallback resolution (not
based on a screen resolution)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Insert the attached image
2. Dimensions in CM/INCH/MM (not pixels) different depending on screen
resolution

Actual Results:
Dimensions in CM/INCH/MM (not pixels) different depending on screen resolution

Expected Results:
Pick a random resolution.. say 200 DPI by default. Make in configurable
somewhere.. Expert settings or options?
