The info given in Comment 13 does not work. Using Terminal on my Mac Mini, I
get a message that the command is not recognized each time I enter into the
Terminal window and hit the Enter key. This also happens even after making sure
the command is the same as how LibreOffice has been installed on my Mac.
I did discover a workaround and that is in Comment 12.
Each time I now select 3D Effects, the dialog opens now that I have un-docked
and un-hidden it. However, I have to be careful when moving the dialog around
the screen to prevent it from docking and hiding again. This only happens to
this dialog. All other dialogs open normally and can be easily used.
Please remember that I use macOS Catalina 10.15. I can also use macOS High
Sierra 10.13, but the 3D Effects dialog problem is the same.
On my very old Toshiba running Windows 10, there is no problem yet with LO Draw
6.4.
