Sample DOCX

Open attached MSO created DOCX with border applied to empty text box.
(It all unnecessary and wrong, because border can be applied to paragraph or
line to text box, but user may make it like that in MSO).
See that border is wring size in LO.
LO probably cannot figure out border tied to text box, so it tides it to
content.
