Alejandro, thank you for reporting the bug. Please add informations from Help
=> About LibreOffice, bacause I can't confirm your report.

My results: Footnotes are placed at the end of the text and I don't have
problems with click on footnote anchor. I used Adobe digital editions for
reading.
