Bibisected with Linux 43all repo to range

I strongly suspect the cause is this as it sounds like the only relevant one:

This report is unfortunately lacking steps, so I will write them down:
1. Open attachment 155006
2. File - Versions
3. Save new version, Close
4. Delete "Third line"
5. Repeat steps 2 and 3, Compare

Bad result: at the end of the document we see "Second line" with strikethrough.
