Known issue. e.g. bug 122218

Also known per se, due to the interface programmers not using macOS current API
for native interface elements.

If I compage with the Apple supplied Pages.app, then the bottom 2 corners of
the top toolbar are not rounded either. To that extent, LO is consistent with
what Apple provides in its own apps. The same goes for the Numbers.app.
