Right.  X11 VCL backend won't work if you don't have X11, obviously.

Thanks for testing.  If getting X11 instead of Wayland is too much hassle on
Fedora, you can also install the KDE VCL (called kf5, should be default if you
start LO from KDE) and test that one.
