Description:
Table splits differently after click the footnote line. Somewhat similar to bug 
128437 (and duplicates)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Click on the empty area above the footnote line on page 1. Table splits
differently 

Actual Results:
Different table split

Expected Results:
Stable layout


Reproducible: Always
