UI: Shape sidebar (draw) shows transparent/ or white shapes with black border
but I get blue fill + blue border

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open Draw
2. Sidebar -> Shapes
3. Drag a shape into the main page

Actual Results:
Blue shape blue lines

Expected Results:
What you see is what you get
