You might try a parallel install of LO 7.0.0 alpha release [1]. It likely won't
be Skia Vulkan enabled--so Skia Raster--for that GPU/driver pairing--but should
be better than the OpenGL rendering.

Otherwise--simply disable OpenGL rendering from the Tools -> Options -> View
panel, and work with defauult GDI (check the Hardware acceleration box).

The os, GPU, & driver set should probably have been OpenGL blacklisted.
