Please note that my example of badly rendered SVG icons was done at 100% scale
- so no Windows scalling involved at all, it's LO that does bad job at
rendering the icons (they are already blury in the cache folder). Also your
examles are still aliased with burry outlines, though at the bigger sizes it is
not so obvious.
