Sample file on which bug was exhibited

# Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to any column.
2. Press CTRL+DOWN until you reach the last row.
Issue: LibreOffice hangs once it reaches the last row

# Tested on:
LibreOffice Calc: Version: 6.4.3.2 (x64)
CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 18363; UI render: default; VCL: win;
Locale: en-GB (en_GB); UI-Language: en-GB Calc: threaded

# How I found the bug
I use the hotkey CRTL+DOWN to jump to the last row of data quite a bit, which
is just one more button press to jump beyond the last row of data to the last
row of the spreadsheet (row 1048575) by mistake. When this happens it causes
LibreOffice to hang on the spreadsheet attached. I have been trying to press
CTRL+HOME to get back to the first cell in the spreadsheet. Sometimes this
works, but usually I have to force quit the whole program and reopen the
spreadsheet.
