This could be a specification I guess.

It is caused when the different sizes of fonts specified to Western Text Font
and Asian Text Font (see 0:19 on the screencast
https://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cF1DX4FQmX). If I set same size both
Western and Asian, the problem does not happen.
