The person who opened Bug 130660 has valid points. I can imagine that somebody
works frequently with some specific page sizes that are not standards for the
rest of the world. For them, it would be a nice option to edit an XML
configuration file to add their favourite page sizes to LibreOffice. 

These sizes will never be there in the drop-down list of page sizes in
LibreOffice, and adding them to an XML file is something that a moderately
IT-educated person could do easily.

That author's other statement that such values shouldn't be hard-wired into the
source code is also something I can agree with.
