Looks the issue what tdf#117274 is about, should be solved with 6.4, if saved
with 6.3 issue remains.

But what seems different it's than double also does nothing
(https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=117274#c37), apparently,
and with no delay I can select a cell.

There are also issues with links on xlsx, tdf#76047
