            Bug ID: 132981
Summary: Chapter numbering on 2nd level is not working
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 6.4.3.2 release
          Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
                OS: Linux (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: minor
          Priority: medium
         Component: Writer
          Assignee: libreoffice-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
          Reporter: alfredocubitos at yahoo.com.mx

Description:
In the attached document I can't change the chapter number of the second level.
The inserted text is a copy and paste from another odt-document.

The level of the second chapter is not recognized and I can't change the
position of the level in the properties. Or better, I can change it but it
remains in the 1st level.

Normally the level is automatically shown in the position tab. For the 2nd
level chapter it's 2 but in this case it remains in 1

When I open a new document and write the text, the chapter numbering works as
expected

Steps to Reproduce:
1.see the document
2.
3.

Actual Results:
The sub chapter has 1.

Expected Results:
The sub chapter should have 1.1

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: Yes

Additional Info:
A very special case for this document.

The original document was a docx converted with Writer to odf
>From this odf I copied the paragraphs to a new document
