Regression - can no longer assign keyboard shortcut to Clone Formatting

In Tools -> Customize -> Keyboard -> Format, I don't see "Clone formatting",
but I see "Clear" twice.

I searched for "Clone formatting" in the "Functions" input among "All
commands", and nothing shows up.

I was able to assign this shortcut in a previous version of LC, 6.x.x.x.
