Description:
Install LibreOffice 7.0a1 from (user mode) within Windows 7 Home Premium
(32bit) on acer 2GB Ram, latest windows 7 patches installed.
Get error message
"the procedure entry point ??0UObject at icu_65@@IAE at XZ"
could not be found in the dynamic link library icuu65.dll
from the start screen for soffice.bin

check for different version of code in C:/progrm files/libreoffice/progrms
find newer by date (04/30/2020 mmddyyyy) versus (01/23/2020 mmddyyyy) in
c/program files/libreoffice/program
copy dll to beta location
re-boot pc, to reset pointer after renaming old file to .dll.old
update pending...
Steps to Reproduce:
1. d/l instlltion file to user/downloads
2. install alpha1 version to seperate location c/program files/libreofficebeta
3. re-boot Pc, attempt run of binary under win 7 home premium in user mode.
Actual Results:
get error message (tried after repeated user login /logout etc).
Might have something with KB2999226 Universal C run time for windows 10
machines that was added as part of install.
Expected Results:
expect it to run.
it did not.
Reproducible: Sometimes
User Profile Reset: Yes
Additional Info:
avast loads before rest of code loads in.
unknown if OpenGL installed.
