NeedInfo - please revert any change to the .dll, then uninstall 7.0.0alpha1;
and reinstall to provide:

1) verbose installation log
 "msiexec.exe /i LibreOfficeDev_7.0.0.0.alpha1_Win_x86.msi /L*v L07a1Log.txt"

2) details from run of "msinfo32.exe" -- copy out and post the 'System summary'
panel and the 'Components' -> 'Display' panel
