Description:
Scrolling Arabic text in multi page view (5 pages row) by moving vertical
slider up & down is stuttery


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment 159210
2. Disable Spell checker
3. Go to multi page view -> 5 pages in a line
4. Drag the vertical scroll slider up/down

Actual Results:
Not really snappy/responsive

Expected Results:
Something similar to latin?


Reproducible: Always
