Description:
UI: Column counter grayed out on opening dialog

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer
2. Format -> Columns -> Number field is 'gray'. Press up and it becomes width..
press down and it stays white

Actual Results:
Gray/disabled look

Expected Results:
White


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No
