I think I finally found how to reproduce

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Writer
2. Go to tools - Customize
3. Notebookbar tab
4. Click on Scope dropdown list
5. Click on the first entry

-> Crash

Version: 7.0.0.0.alpha1+
