Example file from Word

Attached user-made document contains a text box shape with some text in it.
It is imported correctly, but clicking on it and trying to move it around makes
the shape and its text box pull apart, with the shape moving and the text frame
staying  in place, and in subsequent move attempts loosely following it at the
same distance.

Steps to reproduce:
    1. Open attached document.
    2. Click on the top right shape and try to move it below the text
paragraphs.

Actual results:
The shape is moved, but the text frame stays in place.

Expected results:
The shape is moved with its text frame.

LibreOffice details:

Also happens back to 4.4. In 4.3 the shape was imported as frame, not shape,
and it worked fine.
