No problem here. Please test with 6.4.x. If it still continues, also copy &
paste the info from your Help - About like here:

Set to NEEDINFO.
Change back to UNCONFIRMED, if the problem persists. Change to RESOLVED
WORKSFORME, if the problem went away.
