Description:
Chart layout resized on edit changes after file reload

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer
2. Press Insert chart
3. Click the corner of the chart and drag it inwards.. reducing the size with
around 50%

Actual Results:
The legend increases in size. 
Text orientation of the labels changes (depending how small the chart has
become)

Expected Results:
The on screen result before saving..
