UI: Replace Tango Blue aka #729FCF as initial suggestion for highlighting in
the page style dialog

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Right click the default style in the sidebar
2. Click modify
3. Highlighting tab -> Color
4. Suggestion is Tango Blue aka #729FCF

Actual Results:
Tango Blue aka #729FCF

Expected Results:
Yellow..
