Description:
 This occurs regardless of whether that first (top) row contains the Table
Header or just table contents. 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a table in a Writer document
2. Run Export Directly as Epub
3. View the Epub to confirm the first row has 'disappeared'.


Actual Results:
This makes it impossible to export a table properly into an Epub. However, the
same tables export as PDF and HTML without any problems.
The damaged EPUB tables are not fixed in Writer 6.4.3.2 either.

Expected Results:
An Epub with Tables that include their Header row.
