Description:
pptx hidden background graphics are displayed

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open PowerPoint and select the _Blue spheres_ or any other template
2. Select all slides
3. Design -> Format background -> tick Hide background graphics
4. Save the file
5. Open that file in Impress

Actual Results:
Background graphics are shown

Expected Results:
Background graphics are not shown
