When I open my son's homework in Okular, it renders perfectly.

When I open it in Libre Office Draw, the text spacing/positioning makes it
unusable for him to submit his homework. I have attached the original pdf. I
would like to have attached a screen grab of how it looks in Draw but I can
only add one attachment. Describing the problem:

The PDF shows fraction maths. The fractions are positioned correctly but the
text has strange word spacing (as though the spaces have been replaced with
tabs or like each paragraph has been formatted as 'justified'). In the
equations, the operators (+,- & =) are each rendered in their own box, which is
a) in the wrong place - usually the first one shunted right and overlaying the
second (e.g. fraction1, big space fraction2 big space, then '+' & '='
overlayed off to the right, rather than 'fraction1 + fraction2 =', as you'd
expect and b) not re-sizable (from a long and fruitless effort to manually
re-position everything - not a practical solution to this bug, but maybe
pertinent to the problem)
