Description:
Tools>Options>ApplicationColors>ApplicationBackground does not work; background
remains grey after one clicks Apply or OK.


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open any .odt file. Tools>Options>ApplicationColors>ApplicationBackground
does not work; background remains grey.
2.select any color, eg, red;
3.click Apply or OK

Actual Results:
 background remains grey

Expected Results:
new color should appear


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No
