bug example - table content displaced outside cell region

1. set page direction: RTL (right-to-left)
2. Apply RTL-paragraph direction
3. Create a table, 2 columns, text in both columns
4. resize right column

what happens after resizing the rightmost column:

1. text disappears from view
2. cursor "jumps" out of page boundaries.

How to use the attached example:
 - just resize right column to about half its size.
 - example file created by LO7.0a
 - same bug appears in last stable version (LO v6.3.4 ?)
