Description:
Calc worksheet content change event is not triggered when pasting csv text into
an existing worksheet.

Steps to Reproduce:
Steps to reproduce:

- Open a plain text editor.
- Input some csv text.
- Copy the text to clipboard.
- Open Calc.
- Assign a macro to the worksheet's content changed event.
- Paste the text from the clipboard.
- A CSV text import window appears.
- Click OK.

Actual Results:
The event is not triggered, despite the fact that the cell contents changed.

Expected Results:
The event should be triggered and macro assigned to the event should run when
pasting csv text into a spreadsheet.
