Images stacked onto each other are hard to separate (the move in tandem)
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer
2. Disable the sidebar
3. Open the attached file
4. There 2 images..
5. Drag the image up -> Move in tandem ->
6. Drag down -> Move in tandem -> until certain point
Actual Results:
Image move in tandam
Expected Results:
Makes hard to separate images
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
