Description:
When I want to create a new database with the Database Wizard, I cannot choose
to create a Firebird database from the dropdown menu.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. File -> New -> Database.
2. Choose "Create new database".
3. In "Embedded database:", click on the dropdown list.

Actual Results:
HSQLDB Embedded

Expected Results:
Firebird Embedded
HSQLDB Embedded


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: Yes


OpenGL enabled: Yes
