I have a similar issue, after installing LO 7 alpha 1 from
https://www.libreoffice.org/download/pre-releases/ and later uninstalling it.
Win 10 64bit fully updated.

Now VCRUNTIME140_1.dll is missing and Firefox refuses to start, even after
reinstalling.

Repairing all versions of Visual C++ Redistributable not helps.
