Boxes of relevant dialogues

When sending a mass mailing, by clicking on the "send" button, two dialog boxes
open;
- the first shows the progress of the constitution of individual documents;
- the second shows the progress of sending emails.
the problem is that when this 2nd box closes, it interrupts the sending of
emails in progress at about 40 to 70% of the volume to be done.
The bug is reproduced on many devices and workstations by different users
