This issue looks like a duplicate of:
Bug 123005 - FILEOPEN: Error on creating
getCurrentController().getActiveSheet() for basic script from location=document

Maybe this could be a workaround:

=MID(CELL("FILENAME");FIND("#$";CELL("FILENAME")&0*RAND())+2;256)

Bug 121422 - The CELL function does not change the result after changing the
name of the sheet.
