Description:
Control: Side Bar> Animation. Effect: Emphasis:Change Font. The Duration
parameter is disabled. It can be activated through the button
Options>Timing>Duration.

Affect:
Emphasis:Change Font,  Emphasis:Font Style,  Emphasis:Transparency, 
Emphasis:Bold Reveal.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create the first text object using the F2 key.
2. Аdd the Emphasis:Change Font
3. Press the Options button. Select the Timing tab. Set the Duration parameter.
4. Now the duration parameter is active.


Actual Results:
Disabled parameter is activated.

Expected Results:
It should not be possible to enable a disabled parameter.
