The GPU is Intel UHD Graphics 630 with driver 26.20.100.6911

Intel 26.20.100.6912 ICH driver is known to have issues with LO, see bug 125516
(suspect this is a duplicate).

Please update to more recent Intel ICH driver later than 26.20.100.7584 and
retest.
