When set the Paper Format to "#9 Envelope" and orientation to "Landscape", the
print function dialog cannot preview the document. The printout is in "Letter"
format and in "Portrait" orientation.

The same odt file can properly be previewed on "Print" function and print on an
envelope with proper orientation in version 6.4.7.2
