Description:
After the Save As... dialog box opens, the spinning cursor appears for
approximately ninety seconds during which time nothing can be done.  Keystrokes
made during this time are executed once control is returned.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Save As...
2.Spinning Cursor appears without further action
3.

Actual Results:
Spinning Cousor for approximately ninety seconds

Expected Results:
Ability to interact with dialog box.
