Setting line width should enable continuous line (if line being disabled)ed)
Steps to Reproduce:
1. open Writer
2. Draw a textbox
3. Type something in it (placeholder)
4. Select the outer border
5. Increase the line width in the toolbar -> noting happens
Actual Results:
Increasing the line width does nothing, because line isn't activated
Expected Results:
Continuous line being activated by increasing line width
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
