Description:
If you add a Dimension line, it will automatically add the dimension as text
above it.
If you delete this text, it will be gone.
But after saving and reopening of the document the text appears again.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add a Dimension Line
2. Delete the text above it.
3. Save, close and reopen the document.
Actual Results:
Text appeares again.
Expected Results:
Text should stay deleted.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
